The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings against petitioners/A2 and A3 in C.C.No.1281 of 2011 on the frle of the Court of the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Miyapur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the subject matter does not survive and no further orders are required in the present petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for the respondent State takes no objection to the sarne.
