HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.769 of 2015 O R D E R:

1. This contempt case has been filed seeking to punish the respondents-contemnors for disobeying the order dated 28.7.2008 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16190 of 2008.

2. On 24.4.2015, a notice was issued to the respondents-contemnors. Today, the respondents-contemnors appeared before this Court. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order impugned in this case has already been complied with, and therefore, the presence of the respondents may be dispensed with.
