Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri J N Bhushan for first respondent, Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy for third respondent, Sri G Ramachandra Rao for fourth respondent and Sri P Anand Seshu for fifth respondent. Learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P 5800 dated 27.7.2015. In the circumstances, writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P 5800 dated 27.7.2015. No costs.
