THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11070 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.192 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Armoor Police Station, Nizamabad District registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 IPC and Sections 3(1)(x) and (2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet before the concerned court and hence the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
