HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.12469 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is accused in Crime No.108 of 2015 of Gara Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A (1)(i), 354-B, 452 I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, filed this Criminal Petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 28-092015 in Crl.M.P.No.210 of 2015 in Cr.No.108 of 2015 of Gara Police Station, by the Special Judge for trial of the cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. The trial Court by order dated 28-09-2015 while granting bail to the petitioner - accused, passed the order as follows : "In the result, the petition is allowed by granting bail to the petitioner/accused on executing personal bond of Rs.

30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) and with two local sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of this court. Further, the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the S.H.O., Gara Police Station, thrice in a week i.e., on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM till further orders of this Court. Further, the petitioner/accused is directed not to leave the jurisdiction of the court without obtaining prior permission from the court. Further the petitioner/accused is directed not to threaten witnesses and hamper with the investigation. The petitioner/accused is directed to surrender his passport if any to the concerned S.H.O. by 5.10.2015."

The bail was granted by the learned Special Judge for trial of the cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach the Court concerned for relaxation of conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
