K. Yugandhar v. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal, A.P.
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8965 of 2012 ORDER:
Sri T. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous as the permit granted in favour of his client by Orissa State in the year 2008 was valid only from 06.02.2008 up to 05.02.2013. However, owing to the refusal by the Andhra Pradesh State transport authorities to countersign the said permit, it could not be acted upon within the State of Andhra Pradesh.
No interim orders were granted in this writ petition and the period of the permit has also expired.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
