This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not investigating the crime No.245 of 2016 though the said crime was registered on 13.03.2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
