HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31230 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard Sri B.N.Swamiji, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for ZPP, MPP GPPS. 2.

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioners submitted a representation on 04.10.2016 to the 3rd respondent-Gram Panchayat, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri G.Narendar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, that if any such representation is pending, the same will be verified and appropriation action will be taken in accordance to the law.

Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representation, dated 04.10.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioners and take appropriate action and pass orders in accordance with law, after notice and opportunity to the petitioners herein, as early as possible. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
