Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made application for building permission vide File No.3/C6/23113/2018 dated 05.12.2018, in respect of part of open land admeasuring 94.44 sq. yards in Sy.No.33, T.S.No.1, Ward No.167, Block No.11, situated at Teegalguda Village, Saidabad Mandal, Hyderabad District, the respondents have not granted the same.

The payment receipt dated 05.12.2018, filed by the petitioner along with the writ affidavit, would show that the petitioner made online application by paying the initial processing fee of Rs.10,000/. Since the online application of the petitioner is pending, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the objections, if any, to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
