Smt.Atmakuri Yesodha v. Smt.Kolluru Manimala
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3902 OF 2016 DATED:12-08-2016 Between:
Smt. Atmakuri Yesodha ... Petitioner And Smt. Kolluru Manimala and others ... Respondents COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONER: Mr. P. Srinivasa Rao, for Mr. V.V.N. Narayana Rao COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENTS: -
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER:
The innocuous but seemingly legitimate grievance of the petitioner in this civil revision petition is that the lower Court is not disposing of O.P. No.133 of 2015.
A perusal of the proceedings sheet of the lower Court shows that the O.P. was adjourned twelve times from 06.03.2015 to 10.6.2016 and the same is coming up for hearing from 02.07.2015. Evidently, respondent No.1 appears to have filed a counter affidavit. In the light of the above facts, and after hearing Mr. P. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, is directed to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of this order. Subject to the above directions, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.5035 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 12-08-2016 bnr
