THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1870 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 24.01.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35490 of 2016.

By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent authorities to consider the representation, dated 10.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner.

The respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that after enquiry from the respective departments, a report was submitted to respondent No.4 in the writ petition to place the same before the Evaluation Committee for taking further action. The Evaluation Committee in its meeting held on 17.10.2017 decided to warn respondent No.6 in the writ petition and accordingly issued proceedings, dated 02.11.2017. A copy of the same, sent through Registered Post on 03.11.2017 vide Consignment No.RN573162453IN, was delivered to the petitioner on 07.11.2017.

In the light of the above, it can be said that the order, dated 24.01.2017, has since been complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings, dated

02.11.2017, it shall be at liberty to assert its rights in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
