ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 27.8.2015, in I.A.No.803 of 2014 in O.S.No.1061 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.

At the hearing, Mr. S.S.N.Moorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in

the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of this submission of the learned counsel, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP(SR)No.28500 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
