The learned Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent-State submits that the matter was settled in Lok Adalath vide L.A.No.576 of 2017 on the compromise of the parties amicably. In the result, the Criminal Petition is closed in view of the settlement before Lok Adalath. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
