This contempt case is filed under Sections 10-12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent as per the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the orders dated 26.11.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16825 of 2014.

Heard. Perusal of the record shows that as per the directions of this Court, the respondent-Corporation has given posting orders to the petitioner vide proceedings, dated 22.10.2014 with a direction to report to the Depot Manager, A.P.S.R.T.C., Amalapuram, East Godavari District. The petitioner is directed to report duty in the Office of the Depot Manager, A.P.S.,R.T.C., at Amalapuram, East Godavari District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
