HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.7754 of 2009 ORDER:

Sri S.D.Gowd, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that an interim order was passed by this Court earlier suspending the order of suspension pending enquiry; the enquiry has since been completed and a punishment of fine has been imposed on the petitioners; and, therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
