THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32399 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 05.09.2017, to the 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken so far. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation by fixing some timeframe. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representation will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 05.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
