THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.1994 OF 2019 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Ms.Ayesha Saba, learned counsel representing Sri V.Raghunath, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this criminal petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to take steps in relation to the subsequent developments inasmuch as it is stated that charge sheet has already been filed and case has been numbered.

Leave granted.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
