This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-6 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail in Crime No. 31 of 2016 of V.Modugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences punishable under section 20 [b], 11 [c] read with section 8 [c] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985

2. Sri T. Prasanna Kumar, learned for the petitioner/A-6 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition with liberty to file afresh petition at the appropriate stage.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
