O R D E R:- On 29.12.2014, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer, vide proceedings dated 08.03.2014, cancelled the patta granted in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.2.82 cents in Sy.No.210-A

situated in Kurukalva village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. While recording this submission, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to produce the proceedings dated 08.03.1994 and adjourned the matter.

Today, in pursuance of the directions given by this Court, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue has produced the proceedings dated 08.03.1994 issued by the 3rd respondent, a copy of which is served on the petitioner's counsel. On perusing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 08.03.1994.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the validity of the proceedings dated 08.03.1994 issued by the 3rd respondent. No order as to costs.
