CVNR, J & MSKJ, J FCA.No.195 of 2016 & 2 of 2017 Dt: 05.01.2017 Common Judgment : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) FCA.No.2 of 2017 is filed against Order and Decree, dated 09-07-2016, in FCOP.No.929 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam (for short 'the lower Court'), whereby the marriage between the appellant and the respondent has been dissolved.

FCA.No.195 of 2016 is filed against Order and Decree, dated 09-07-2016, in FCOP.No.37 of 2012 on the file of the lower Court awarding maintenance @ Rs.25,000/- per month in favour of the respondent.

At the hearing, Mr.T.S.Anirudh Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant in both these Appeals, submitted that after filing of these Appeals, both the parties have settled the dispute amicably and that therefore, his client is not interested in pursuing the same. Having regard to the above submission, both these Appeals are dismissed as not pressed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeals, FCAMP.No.487 of 2016, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
