Pilaka Durga Bhavani v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.7120 OF 2018 ORDER (ORAL): (Per The Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have looked into the writ petition and the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the High Court.
Learned counsel appearing today on behalf of the petitioners very persuasively submits that in the light of the pleadings in the counter affidavit, the writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. She has also been able to dissuade us effectively from imposing an order of exemplary costs.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.
