This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering with the business of the Petitioner running under the name and style of "M/s.Aditya Gold" situated at H.No.21-6-358, Ghansi Bazar, Charminar, Hyderabad, without following due process of law and without issuing any notice as Arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Principles of natural justice apart from Articles 14, 19, and 21 of Constitution of India." 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the respondent Corporation will adhere to due process of law if the situation warrants.

The submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
