As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on last occasion, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today also, none appeared for the petitioners nor is there any representation made on their behalf. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
