Crl.P.NO. 9650 of 2015: Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 138 of 2015 of Nagari Police Station, Chittoor District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the Memo of grounds filed in the Crl.P., Order of High Court dated 30-09-2015 made in Crl.P.No. 9650 of 2015 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI PONAVOLU SUDHAKARA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER:

For the reasons stated in the petition, petitioners are directed to report before the S.H.O., 1 Town P.S., Chittoor, weekly once, i.,e on every Monday, instead of every day.
