Petitioner's grievance is that respondents did not consider his case for promotion as Divisional Engineer even though he is qualified and eligible as per the A.P.S.E.B. Service Regulations (Part-III) 16(b) as adopted by the 1st respondent and he has submitted representations on 12-05-2017 and 23-05-2017 to the 1st respondent in that regard . 2.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that 1st respondent will consider the said representations keeping in mind the above Regulations and communicate its decision to the petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations of petitioner dt.12-05-2017 and 23-05-2017 keeping in mind the above Regulations and communicate its decision to the petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
