ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the trial Court to complete trial in C.C.No.230 of 2016 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State and perused the material on record.

The petitioner-de-facto complainant filed a complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C., against the 2nd respondent for dishonour of cheque with an endorsement 'Account Closed'. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that though charge sheet was filed long back, trial has not been commenced.

In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite trial in C.C.No.230 of 2016 on the file of on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
