On 23.09.2016, when this Writ Petition was listed for consideration, since none appeared for the petitioner, it was directed to be listed on 26.09.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today also, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. This Writ Petition is of the year 2007. Hence, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the case.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
