ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with grievance that respondent Nos.3 to 6, who allegedly encroached a part of the petitioner's land, have been raising construction without any permission from respondent No.2 and that the latter has not been taking any action on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.11.2015. Mr. N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the petitioner's representation, inspection of the construction site was undertaken and that on noticing that respondent Nos.3 to 6 have been digging foundations without permission, the same was stopped. He has assured that respondent No.2 will not permit respondent Nos.3 to 6 to raise constructions without any valid permission.
The above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
