Heard.

The very order clearly speaks as on the date of filing the application in I.A.No.418 of 2015 in O.S.No.78 of 2014 to send the suit document pro note dated 10.06.2012 as premature for no trial commenced and the order itself clearly says thereby it could not be considered, it does not mean after commencement of trial the application cannot be considered.

Having regard to the above, this civil revision petition is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the court to consider on its own merits by showing any nearby contemporary relevancy signatures and specimen signatures etc., for considering the same as part of the valuable defence of the defendant.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
