Petitioner claims that she owns land to an extent of Ac.3-20 guntas in Sy.No.497/B and Ac.0-20 guntas in Sy.No.486/A of Ramancherla Village, Janagoan Mandal, Janagoan District. She was issued pattadar passbooks earlier and after the revised exercise undertaken by the Government, new pattadar passbook was issued. She has also availed the benefit of 'Rythubandhu' scheme. However, petitioner alleges that in the Meeseva Centre 1-B Namuna form and pattadar passbook copies are not available reflecting her name. Having realized that due to some mistake, her name is not reflected in online records, a representation was made on 22-10-2018. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

With the consent of both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 22-10-2018 and take appropriate decision as warranted by law attending to the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
