O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed to declare that the action of the respondents-authorities in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his house property without following due process of law and without paying the compensation, as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as illegal and contrary to law; and to direct the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner in lieu of the land acquired as stipulated under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

During hearing, Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for National Highway Authority of India appearing for respondent No.1 has admitted that they are not going to demolish the house of the petitioner without following the due process of law.

Therefore, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from his house property and

demolish without following the due process of law. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
