The present C.M.A is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, against the order passed on 7th July, 2017 in I.A.No. 2165 of 2012 in O.S.No. 54 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Prodattur, wherein an application filed for temporary injunction against the respondents not to alienate the suit schedule properties, was rejected. On the earlier occasion, this Court, by its order dated 07.09.2017, directed the respondents herein to maintain status quo with regard to the ownership of the suit schedule properties in O.S.No. 54 of 2012, pending further orders.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents, Sri H.Venugopal submits that while extending the order of status quo already granted, a direction may be issued to the trial court to dispose of O.A.No. 54 of 2012 at the earliest. 4.
Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the representation made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this C.M.A is disposed of, directing the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Prodattur to dispose of the
main suit, i.e., O.S.No. 54 of 2012 as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the said suit, status quo with regard to the ownership of the suit schedule property, as ordered by this Court on 07.09.2017, shall be maintained.
