HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9460 & 9461 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8801 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.474 of 2013 of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 120-B IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
