Heard Sri P.Vikram, counsel for applicant and Sri K.Ratnam, counsel representing Sri K.Raghavacharyulu, counsel appearing for respondent.

By way of this application, the applicant seeks extension of the mandate of the Honourable Arbitrator for a period of three months from 11.04.2019 for passing an arbitration award.

Perusal of the material placed on record demonstrates that sufficient grounds are made out for extending the mandate of the Honourable Arbitrator.

The Arbitration Application is accordingly ordered enlarging the time for the making of the arbitration award by a period of three months from 11.04.2019. No order as to costs.

5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
