Heard Ms.Kirshnaveni Valavala, learned counsel representing Sri Jakkamsetti Ravindra, learned counsel for the petitioner. This application is filed seeking modification/correction of order, dated 21.06.2024, passed in CRP.No.980 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that her stand was that petitioner was a senior citizen, who was died on 19.05.2024 and the document showing the same was already placed on record. However, in the order dated 21.06.2024, factum of death is not reflected.

In the opinion of this Court, this will not make much difference, because only an innocuous direction issued by this Court to the Court below to make an endeavour to decide O.S.No.283 of 2021 expeditiously.

With aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
