ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare proceedings, dated 19.11.2012, of respondent No.2 terminating the petitioner's temporary fair price shop authorization in Bukkapatnam Village without notice as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, a notification was issued and the vacancy of fair price shop dealership of Bukkapatnam Village, in which the petitioner was temporarily working as the fair price shop dealer, was filled up on permanent basis.
In the light of the above subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46758 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
