HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 21049 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Book Keeper, permit him to participate in the process of selection and consider his case for appointment to the said post.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondent to keep one post of Book Keeper vacant, vide orders dated 26.09.2003 in WPMP No.26306 of 2003 and the said orders were made absolute on 27.07.2004.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Book Keeper in pursuance of the selections made in the year 2003 and pass appropriate orders within four weeks.
