Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner/ A.1 on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.127 of 2016 of Kovur PS, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences under Sections 304 (B), 302 read with 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the dowry Prohibition Act.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
