HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.2963 of 2023 ORDER:

Seeking the Court to relax the condition that was imposed upon the petitioner by the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hanamkonda, through orders dated 30.01.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2023 in Crime No.10 of 2023 of Intezargunj Police Station, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Heard Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is representing the Respondent-State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is working as Security Guard and the Court, while granting bail, directed the petitioner to attend Intezargunj Police Station on every Sunday from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM till filing of charge sheet and the petitioner is complying the condition since four months and till now, no charge sheet is laid and the petitioner has to attend his duty even on Sunday and therefore, the condition imposed may be relaxed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not raise any serious objection for relaxing the condition imposed. 5.

Having considered the ground urged, this Court is of the view that the request of the petitioner can be honoured. 6.

Resultantly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The condition imposed by the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hanamkonda, through orders dated 30.01.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2023 in Crime No.10 of 2023 of Intezargunj Police Station, regarding visit of the petitioner on every Sunday to the concerned Police Station stands relaxed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
