HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 22869 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners without reference to Section 116-C of the A.P.Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.

None appeared for the petitioners.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners, however, the said payment shall not exceed 2% of the working capital, vide orders dated 30.10.2003 in WPMP No.28672 of 2003.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
