Sri Krishna Murthy, learned counsel representing Sri S.Sarath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner was promoted to the grade of Rajbhasha Adhikari on regular basis by proceedings dated 15.05.2013 of the Assistant General Manager (Administration) acting on behalf of the Chief General Manager Telecom, BSNL, A.P. Circle, Hyderabad. Learned counsel states that in the light of that development, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
