This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dt.05.10.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.145/2019 was registered on 15.04.2019. A copy of the said FIR was also produced before this Court. Recording the aforesaid instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
