This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of execution of NBW issued against him on 01.06.2017 on the file of XIV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in C.C.No.1811 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 07.03.2018, this Court disposed of Criminal Petition Nos.2608 and 2636 of 2018, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court below on the date the case stands posted and recalled the NBWs issued against the petitioner. Considering the same, the present Criminal Petition is disposed of recalling the NBWs. issued against the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below on the date the case stands posted.
