The petitions are filed seeking to recall the NBWs issued against the petitioner for default of the petitioner to appear before the Court below on the given date of adjournment respectively in PRC.No.15 of 2013 and CC.No.1578 of 2013 on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The Court below dismissed the petitions, which were filed for recalling NBWs on the ground that the petitioner did not show sufficient reasons. However, considering that the petitioner undertakes to be present before the Court below on 22.03.2018, on which date the cases stands posted before the Court below, this Court is inclined to recall the NBWs issued by the Court below against the petitioner. Hence, the criminal petitions are disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the Court below on 22.03.2018 on which date the aforesaid cases stand posted and the NBWs issued against the petitioner are recalled. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
