...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Courl may be pleased to declare the action of the respondents in recovering the salary of 6th & 7th of January, 2014 from the applicant's salary vide proceedings dated 30.O7.2014 of the 3rd respondent, instead of adjusting the above said two dates as a eligible leave in the account of applicant is highly illegal, arbitrary, . unreasonable, discriminatory and in violation of principles of natural justice and without any application of mind and declare the same as bad in law and consequently direct the respondents to adjust/treated as eligible leave in the account of applicant instead of recovering the salary from the applicant for two days in this month.
