JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL MISCELLAENOUS APPEAL No.677 OF 2011 O R D E R (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) There is no representation for the appellant. However, it is noticed that this appeal arises out of the order dated 11.04.2011 passed by the learned XIII Additional District Judge, Narasaraopet, in I.A.No.105 of 2010 in O.S.No.30 of 2010. The said suit was itself disposed of on 11.06.2013, as per the information furnished by the Registry. In that view of the matter, this appeal arising out an interlocutory order passed in the said suit would not survive for consideration on merits at this stage. In any event, as there is no representation for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
