HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39089 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is working as Anganwadi helper at Birlagadda Center No.2, Kurnool District, by proceedings dated 25.09.2012 of the 4th respondent. When a notification was issued on 12.09.2015 for filling up the posts of Anganwadi workers and helpers, the present writ petition was filed on the ground that the case of the petitioner should be considered for promotion to the post of Anganwadi worker. The petitioner also states that she belongs to local habitation and she is entitled to be considered for promotion to the post of Anganwadi worker.

The issue is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.31374 of 2015 and batch dated 16.11.2015.

In view of the said order of this Court, the recruitment notification dated 12.09.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent is set aside and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment/promotion as Anganwadi worker subject to her eligibility and suitability in the existing vacancy of the village. 4.
