HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15513 of 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.137 of 2015 of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 19.11.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, wherein it is stated that investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and a final report is filed on 15.01.2019 referring the case "lack of evidence". In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
