THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31897 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed complaining that the respondent authorities have failed to renew the licence granted in favour of the petitioner for sale of safety fuse under the Indian Explosives Act and the Rules made thereunder.

2. Learned Government Pleader has placed on record the proceedings, dated 18.01.2017, whereby and whereunder, the application of the petitioner for renewal was rejected by respondent No.3. A copy of the said proceedings is being made available to the petitioner today.

3. In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if so aggrieved.
