HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.1991 OF 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.41 of 2019 registered on the file of Mahabubabad Town Police Station, Mahabubabad District, under Sections 409, 403 and 420 IPC. By way of this petition, he seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC.

Earlier, the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.1680 of 2019 before this Court for the very same purpose. The said petition was dismissed by order dated 02.04.2019 recording that the gravity of the offence is high and the matter requires custodial investigation. This Court finds no change of circumstances warranting any indulgence being shown to the petitioner at this stage.
